Customers check themselves in by QR. Every store QR opens a two-minute flow on the customer’s own phone — Singpass-first identity, the required questions, UN and MAS screening — ending in a single-use check code the counter enters to put them on file, attributed to the right branch.

Scan, check, buy — the QR flow goes Singapore
Scam-safe questions built in. On cash at S$20,000 or more the flow asks the Code of Practice questions — instructed purchases, live phone calls — and flags the check for staff assistance, with ScamShield and 999 guidance for the customer.
The counter flow now runs entirely on Singapore rules — the S$20,000 cash gate replaces the old Australian preview, ahead of the AU launch.
The QR check now collects full contact details (email, mobile, address, occupation), sends the check code by email and SMS, hands completed checks straight to the merchant dashboard, and returns to the start for the next customer. Staff sign in once, everywhere.
You stay in control: customers arriving from QR checks land as pending approval until you approve them, and staff can run the same check from the dashboard for walk-ins.
Products, invoices and your own Xero
Your own product catalogue. Every merchant gets a private inventory seeded with the standard dealer item templates — add, edit or remove products, or reset to defaults.
Invoices that follow your law. Singapore tax invoices with GST 9% and the Investment Precious Metals exemption; Hong Kong commercial invoices with no GST; Australian tax invoices with input-taxed bullion — sequential numbering, print-ready, and a one-click CSV ledger export. Cash invoices at S$20,000 or more raise the CTR automatically.
Bring your own Xero. Add your Xero app keys in Settings and issue invoices through your own Xero organisation instead of Clarity native.
The Singapore beta opens
Singapore dealers can now sign up. KYB with your UEN and MinLaw ACD dealer number and you're on the beta — PSPM rules loaded from the first minute.
Waitlists for Australia and Hong Kong. Both are on the roadmap — leave your email at signup and you'll be first in when they open.
Signup now defaults to Singapore rules, with the Code of Practice scam-safe protocol switched on for every new dealer.
Scam-safe checks for Singapore
MinLaw's Registrar issued a Code of Practice on scam-related money laundering (2 April 2026, s.35(1) PSPM Act). Dealers must watch for money mules and manipulated victims buying gold, jewellery and luxury watches — with heightened attention above S$20,000 and for elderly customers.
Scam red-flag prompts in the Singapore counter flow — distressed or on-a-call customers, hurried purchases, a third party waiting outside, payment modes not in the customer's name.
The Code's response protocol, built in: "Did anyone instruct you to make this purchase?", family verification, a ScamShield warning, 999 escalation and a one-tap STR.
Records are kept automatically for purchases above S$20,000 or whenever a red flag is logged, as the Code requires.
Tranche 2 is live
Australia's AML/CTF Tranche 2 obligations are now in force (1 July 2026). Full support for dealers in precious metals, stones and products.

The DFAT Consolidated List now refreshes automatically — no action from you.
